Silence in the Library

One hundred years ago, the universe's greatest library was sealed off, leaving only one warning: "Count the shadows". But now, the shadows are moving again. Forest of the Dead

As the shadows rise and march, the Doctor forges an alliance with the mysterious River Song, as Russell T Davies's Bafta Award-winning time-travelling drama continues. But can anyone stop the Vashta Nerada?

While the Doctor discovers long-buried secrets and revelations about his own future, the sinister Nodes declare that Donna is doomed.

Wirklich eine interessante Folge. Wer ist River song und welche Rolle spielt sind in de Zukunft des Doctors?

Now, that's what I´m talking about.
Ich fand die Folge richtig stark. Wobei die für die "Freundin" des Docs ziemlich bei The Time Traveler's Wife geklaut haben.

Guter Auftakt, ja, aber wie bei allen Who-Zweiteilern ist der erste etwas zu langatmig. Man merkt auf jeden Fall, dass Moffat wieder am Werk war: Wieder mal werden die Kinder traumatisiert, und wieder einmal bekommen wir eine glaubwürdige Romanze für den Doctor, inklusive Timey Wimey stuff. Nur um Donna's Schicksal mache ich mir Sorgen :undecide:

Sehr guter Abschluß. Ich bin richtig überrascht, das der Zweiteiler so gut geworden ist. Bis jetzt mochte ich die meistens nicht.
Gut, die letzten 3 Minuten Kitsch, mit der Reunion im Ram, hätte man sich sparen können, aber sonst fand ich die Folge sehr gut.

Allein schon die Timy-Wimy-Wibbly-Wobbly Liebsgeschichte macht die Folge sehenswert. Wobei ich immer noch der Meinung bin, das die Niffenegger Tantiemen zahlen sollten.

Die Folge hat mir auch echt gut gefallen ^________^
obwohl.... ich mag ja eigentlich acuh Timey-Wimey-Wibbly-Wobbly Momente aber das mit ner potentiellen Liebesgeschichte gekoppelt (inklusive hach MEIN doktor ist ja so anders) ging mir am Ende etwas auf die Nerven...... dafür fandich Donnas Cyberspace Liebe toll

Ich hatte fast die Hoffnung aufgegeben, aber mal wieder macht Moffat ein 'Everybody lives' Ende. Sehr nett. Und wie David Tennant im Audiokommentar frage auch ich: Hat Alex Kingston 2009 schon was vor?
