Mal ne kleine Frage an die Jura Profi's
Ich hab mal die ICQ Terms of Service durchgegraben und bin dabei auf folgendes gestoßen (Anregung und Hinweis kamen von einem Komolitonen):

You agree that by posting any material or information anywhere on the ICQ Services and Information you surrender your copyright and any other proprietary right in the posted material or information. You further agree that ICQ Inc. is entitled to use at its own discretion any of the posted material or information in any manner it deems fit, including, but not limited to, publishing the material or distributing it.

Wie wat wo?
Hab ich was verpasst oder haben die da eine Klausel reingebuttert in der wir unser Copyright an unseren Texten verlieren? :confused:

Exakt das steht da, hat nur in Deutschland keine wirklichen juristischen Auswirkungen. Zumal die in ICQ geposteten Beiträge nur extremst selten einen so hohen künstlerischen Wert haben das da überhaupt irgendein Urheberrecht greift ;)

Tip: Kein ICQ Spyware Dreck sondern nenn alternativen Client (Miranda, Trillian) der Verschlüsselung unterstützt verwenden.
