keine Ahnung, das weiss ich im Moment nicht genau das einzige was ich noch weiss ist das hier :

Although the name Atlantis was erased from the MGM online newsletter - from which the rumors originate - which made it doubtful. But now there's evidence which supports the rumors, MGM has recently registered the following domains (click to see the WHOIS records):

stargateatlantis.com
stargateatlantis.net
stargate-atlantis.com
stargate-atlantis.net

There are 2 reason I can think of that MGM has registered these domains (for 2 years):
1. The plans are there and the've registered them to make sure that if the contracts are signed no one will have registered the domains before they have.
2. The plans are already approved and they decided to register the domains as part of their marketing strategy

Let's hope for the second because I think that the story of Atlantis is a great story which fits right into the current Stargate storyline. Which brings us to the second part of this article: Robert C. Cooper spoke with Dreamwatch and made some very interesting comments about the movie & spin-off:

"We feel Stargate has enormous potential to continue as a franchise in all mediums. We certainly have a plan and story ideas for an SG-1 movie. If there wasn't a Season Six, we were hoping to do one this year. But now that Season Six has been picked up, we're going to continue with SG-1 and hopefully at the end of Season Six we'll wrap that up with an SG-1 movie."

"Then, if all the economics fall into place, we'll have that open up a whole new world that will become a new Stargate spin-off series. ... The movie idea we have will change the Stargate universe considerably - open it up and create the potential for a whole new series."

"One of the things we don't want to do is just have another Stargate; what we don't want it to be is SG-2. We would want the series to be very different from this one. After six seasons of SG-1, fans would expect something fresh and new. And that's what we have in mind ..."

And he also said the feature film would include the current SG-1 cast while the spin-off would feature an entirely new ensemble of actors. He concluded with:

"[The spin-off] evolves the Stargate. That's all I can say."
