In the latest issue of SFX Magazine, SFX’s source on the Paramount set, due to the high cost of the series premiere and other episodes to date, the 5th Trek will have to tighten its budget for the foreseeable future, \"We’re working on an episode written by Rick Berman and Brannon Braga...\" [Shuttlepod One] \"...where everything is being shot in a shuttlepod, they\'re cutting everything back as far as possible. We’ll probably just put the pod on a gimbal and shake it around, stuff like that.\"
\"We’ve also done a lot of scenes in episodes already where characters run around in the dark with flashlights, you can’t even tell where you are!\"

In SFX\'s glowing, 5-star review of the series to date, \'TrekSpy\' informs us to expect lots of \'bottle-shows\' (episodes that take place entirely on board the Enterprise) for the second-half of the season.
