Ich tippe auf Angel.
Er hatte in der 1. Season nur Gastauftritte, war zwar kurzzeitig in der 2.+3. im Main Cast, aber danach wieder Gaststar, und du sagtest nicht das er nie im Vorspann zu sehen war.

Falls es sich dabei tatsächlich um eine Person handelt, muß es eben doch Joyce (Kristine Sutherland) gewesen sein. Sie taucht in fast jeder Folge bis gegen Ende der 5. Staffel auf.
Edit: Ich habe nochmal imdb.com konsultiert, laut dieser Website hatte Kristine Sutherland 58 Gastauftritte bei BtVS.

Joyce hatte ich schon mal und die soll es ja nicht sein.
Ehrlich gesagt fällt mir niemand mehr ein, der im Pilotfilm schon dabei und noch mehr als Joyce auftrat. Der Meister war nur in der ersten Staffel, von ein zwei Auftritten später mal abgesehen obwohl er ja noch den Richter gespielt hat und Luke trat auch nicht mehr auf nach 2 Folgen und Darla erst wieder bei Angel. Oder meinst du die Serie Angel mit eingerechnet? Dann könnte es Darla gewesen sein. Übrig bleibt dann nur noch Angel, aber der wird ja einer der Hauptdarsteller schon in der zweiten Staffel, wenn ich mich recht erinnere. Ich bin echt mal gespannt wer das sein soll. :wacko:
Joyce ist ab der 3ten Staffel im Cast, fällt also raus...

Jetzt stellt sich mir die Frage, was Du als Cast bezeichnest. Für mich sind das die Schauspieler, die zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt mal im Vorspann genannt worden sind, aber da war Kristine Sutherland nie dabei.
Auch in der Database von Slayerworld wird sie immer nur als Gaststar aufgeführt.

Kristine Sutherland wurde nie im Vorspann genannt, immer nur danach. Für mich ist sie ein Gaststar, eine wiederkehrende Rolle.
Aber jetzt fällt wirklich nur noch einer ein und wer der es nicht ist gebe ich auf.
Danny Strong ( Johnathan) obwohl ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob er in der Pilotfolge zu sehen war. Vielleicht leif er ja mal durchs Bild.
Was lange währt, wird endlich gut... es ist Johnathan.
Und ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass Kristine Sutherland eine Staffel lang zumindest im deutschen Vorspann aufgetaucht ist.
