Die Vergiftung konnte nur durch das Blut einer Jägerin geheilt werden. Buffy wollte ursprünglich Faith Angel "ausliefern", so das Angel von Faith trinken konnte. Aber als dann Faith auf den Mülllaster fiel, und wech war, hat sich Buffy "geopfert" und Angel dazu gezwungen von ihr zu trinken. Dadurch wurde Angel dann wieder gesund, und Buffy landete kurzzeitig im Krankenhaus, ein Zimmer neben Faith.
