Mal eine kurze Anmerkung an das Modteam.. Könnte man den Topictitel ändern? Der jetzige klingt so negativ... "Save the Scape" fand ich sehr schön...

Aber zum Grund meines Posts; über die Save Farscape Announcementlist ging folgende Mail:

If a small group of devoted Scapers has their way their plan will lead to the first ever all Internet-Wide Party focused on the media, televsion, and the literary arts. A party by the fans for the fans.

In a world increasingly accustomed to hidden agenda's and ulterior motives these hardworking fans, known as Scapers, are not too "deep cover" when it comes to their true passion- Saving Farscape! The internet -wide party is planned as a showcase for ideas and creative exchange, the focus being televsion and it's ancillary and allied arts, but the sub-text is the introduction of Farscape to a potentially new, and potentially huge, group of viewers. Hence, the out reach to the internet. An additional bonus is the planned invitation of not only fans but "talent," including writers ,actors,puppeteers, and even the occassional independent film maker. Of course it is hoped that members of the news media drop by and they will be notified as befits the 4th estate!

Please take a moment to read our invitation and please consider helping us promote this internet-wide event. If TV ratings are king, we hope to add a few more million people to the royal court!

Gang, in order for this to work we need Scapers to pass this along on the internet

anywhere and everywhere-remember we want to reach potentially new fans.

Be creative.....be proactive...please let us know so we can keep track and avoid dupes.

This can work-but only with the help of many Scapers...let's use the internet to reach out directly to viewers!!!
