Claire Winslow (Kristin Dattilo) lives in Beverly Hills and decides to suprise her fiance on his business trip, only to find out that Will (Michael Lowry) has disappeared in the Central American country of El Coronado. So she goes to El Coronado, but lands in a land on the brink of revolution against its President Ramos (Joh Rhys-Davies). She finds out that Will has been supplying arms to the rebel soldiers, and she decides to get involved in the cause.
