This is slightly spoilerish, so read only if you want to know. Steven Culp was at the Pageant of the Masters event over the weekend--it's a Laguna Beach, California, art show where people act out paintings live, and it's much cooler than I'm making it sound. Anyway, poor Culpy nodded when asked if he's really gone, saying, "It's kind of inevitable that the men will keep changing faces. You have to keep the women. It keeps the story moving." Nooooo!

From sstjohn: I read today that Jesse Metcalfe is getting written off Desperate Housewives after only three eps this season. Is that true, and if so--why?

I've been hearing the same rumblings, but so far have not been able to confirm--nor wrap my head around the idea that DH would get rid of the hottest man on TV (and winner of the Tater Top for Best Show of Skin).

Dead as can be. Like, open casket with an entire scene in front of it dead. (I hear Bree and Rex's mom will have it out over his tie.) So, unless he has a twin brother, Rex is gone for good.
