Wie wir ja alle feststellen durften, fehlt in beiden DVDs der 4.3-Box das Inlay-Cover.
Der Webmaster von TormentedSpace hat Contender angeschrieben und man sagte ihm, dass dies ein Fehldruck war (was auch sonst) und dass es aber keinerlei Pläne bez. einer neuen Auflage oder Korrektur gäbe. Aber vielleicht liesse sich das Problem ja anders beheben. Und damit Contender sich mit der Entscheidung nicht so schwer tut, könnte man sie ja dezent per Mail daran erinnern, dass ein nachgeliefertes Inlay-Cover doch wirklich eine feine Sache wäre. Yes it was a printing error, and there are no plans to reprint the sleeves. I do like your idea that the inners should be downloaded, although this isn't the ideal solution, and if we are going to do it, we should be doing it properly.
