Weiters, sie tauschen sie gerne aus, können aber keine Verantwortung übernehmen, das die DVD dann geht, und nochmal tauschen geht nicht, entschuldigen sich tausendmal und bieten auch an das Geld gut zu schreiben, wenn Du sie nicht getauscht haben willst
