Wenn das Bild tatsächlich von der NASA stammt, ist es nach amerikanischem Recht "public domain", das heißt frei von jeglichen Eigentumsansprüchen. Das gilt für jegliches Bildmaterial, das von amerikanischen Regierungsbehörden stammt. IIRC war das Teil des "Freedom of Information Act" aus den Sechzigern.

Das deutsche Urheberrecht kennt so etwas nicht, weshalb es nötig sein könnte, zumindest den Urheber, in diesem Fall die NASA, namentlich zu nennen.

Sollte das Bild nicht mehr direkt von der NASA stammen, sondern z.B. von den Initiatoren der Ausstellung verändert worden sein, könnte sich dadurch natürlich wieder ein Urheberrechtsanspruch auf das veränderte Bild ergeben.
